"For a person to move on they must first seek the advice and guidance from a Higher Power, a medium of some repute whose offer of advice is given, which ultimately comes from the Higher Power.

 

"The Process then of being able to move on with this valuable advice becomes easier and the focus more practical than before.

 

"To stay entrenched in the old worn out life is non-productive.  It has died a death and it is only through a willpower to change matters that help is finally sought and executed.

 

"These individuals then become reborn into a new life, a new way of living and thinking and what was a total drudge to them before is now no longer.

 

"Rebirth is much easier than one imagines, because fear starts to ebb away and the new impetus for a new life emerges with much satisfaction.

 

"All then systematically changes and it is as if that person has emerged from a situation almost of imprisonment.

 

"They cannot believe their freedom – their mindset now calmer, more productive than at any one time.

 

"So they can visualise their life as wholesome and so they become enlightened and faith in the Higher Power is restored.

"Once that occurs the mighty force of providence is then activated and the better outcome becomes fully realised.

"No one can be fulfilled in any capacity unless they are mentally stimulated.  The mind begins to shut down with boredom and inactivity, as the human body does if it becomes immobilised in any way – it starts to slowly die over time.

 

"It seizes up and can no longer function.  Arms and legs become stiff with inactivity, as aches and pains set in and muscles start to seize up.

 

"We all owe it to ourselves to stimulate our minds and begin to challenge situations within us.

 

"What we felt was right for us some six months ago might not be right for us now.

 

"Life is constantly changing and evolving and for us to meet these day to day demands and challenges we must learn to become flexible and not be so rigid or afraid of these challenges.

          "When one is truly sorry for ones misdeeds, then a change comes over that person.  They begin to learn the Laws of the Creator and a true realisation is given and so the process grows.

 

          "We all have to face our fears and our own misdeeds.  No one can truly face them for us, otherwise we could never learn.

 

          "So walk this path of righteousness with Me and I will show you the Way and through My teaching, so enlightenment is always given.

 

          "Turn away from Me, so then you will remain in the Darkness of Ignorance and your lives will be but in shadow and true happiness is never there for you.

 

          "Learn to open up your hearts and your minds and then the real truth of love and acceptance is always shown to you.

 

          "You are your own radar, as you search so all is revealed and true peace enters a broken soul."
