          "It is a time when the year draws to a close that after a hectic time we must try and find that special time and space for us.

 

          "It is necessary for all to generate new energy for the coming year.  If we were animals of the furry variety, then a form of hibernation is necessary.

 

          "Believe it or not our bodies do need to be recharged so it is with absolute necessity, no matter which part of the globe you stem from, that a few hours or a few days to recharge is vital for our survival.

 

          "A winding down of our human batteries has already occurred and even though the festive season is upon us, we do tend to push ourselves universally all the time.

 

          "So peace must come, in a form of much sleep or rest, to speak as little as possible because, believe it or not, speaking can be absolutely draining on all our resources, both mental and physical.

 

          "To be quiet and to quietly reflect on the year and to actually see the progress that each and everyone has made.

 

          "Every day we progress in our learning of our life and even through the hardships and the pain, we do actually progress in the quickest form even through we are unaware of it at the time.

 

          "Now as we approach the New Year with everything changing in a most dramatic way, we need to be full functioning and to have enough energy to see us through the various challenges along the way.

 

          "So start to wind down and bring the mind to a restful peace and give yourself that luxury of time for you.

 

          "Believe me you will feel rejuvenated and will be able to cope with more life given strength than before.

 

          "It is your right to put your feet up and have that special time for you.  You deserve it now!

          "This part of the year bears time for reflection on what has gone on in the rest of the year, whether achievement has been obtained or whether loss in one form or another has occurred.

 

"What is necessary is how you deal with these aspects and where do you go from here?

 

          "Miracles do happen on a daily basis, whether you believe in them or not it does not matter, but for those that do it does have life changing effects and can be witnessed by so many.

 

          "All those promises that were given out throughout the course of the year, with every good intention yet never fulfilled, will again prick your consciousness and it is therefore put to you again to deal with them in a conscious way.

 

"It cannot be discarded any more, all now by the end of this year must be put into practice what needs to be done, either in a practical way or in an emotional way.

 

"It needs to be sorted out so that much peace of mind can occur.  Miracles then will be allowed to manifest and a greater sense of achievement from within us is noticed.

 

"It is how we are in our minds and in our bodies that have a true knock on effect to all around us.

 

"When we are happy those vibrant vibrations affect all who we come into contact with, like laughing it has a knock on effect and everybody begins to laugh with you.

 

"For those of us, who are unhappy, sad in some way that that experience also affects others and they become sad in your company.

 

"So 'I' ask you all to look at yourselves in a wise way.  Deal with any outstanding situations and put your mind to rest, then you can be content and at peace and so will others around you.

 

"That pleasant knock on effect is very important and can make a real difference to people's lives.

 

"You all have it in you to be happy and content and when you are ready for this change, so a miracle will happen and you will become at one with 'God' – not recognised before in your lives.

For Those of Us who Feel Hurt by Others

 

MUSTAFA'S

"FOR THOSE OF US

 

WHO FEEL HURT BY OTHERS"

         

          "Many of us the World over have been hurt by people, people whose only agenda appears to be themselves.

 

"They seem to have lost all sensitivity to ever feel what another might be experiencing by their actions or lack of actions, especially at this time of year.

 

          "Especially around the Christmas period, where all is supposed to be the giving of others, there are those amongst us who feel they need the love and support of their families.

 

          "These family members, those people we have known all our lives often appear the worst.  They tend to be oblivious to the hurt they inflict on their own family members.

 

          "Kindness for them seems almost forgotten.  They only think of themselves.  Giving from them is often nonexistent.

 

          "That friendly 'phone call, a kind word in your direction or even enquiring as to how you are often escapes them.  Their ignorance sometimes over many years can cut deep and it leaves people very hurt and often helpless.

 

          "It is their insensitivity that we don't exist.  We are not a part of their lives, often being completely ignored is something many of us have had to bear.

 

          "The scars of their actions run deep and a void, a vacuum, within our souls starts to emerge and grow.

 

          "What is one to do under these circumstances?  Is there any point in telling them of how we feel?

 

          "The answer is not really, for if they actually thought anything of us in the first place these problems would never occur.

 

          "By some special miracle, other people enter into our lives who do really care and appreciate us.  It is they who truly matter in our lives.

 

          "They are in a sense our substitute family, which 'God' has sent to fill that void/vacuum and to allow us to heal through their unconditional love.

 

          "So never feel that you are not loved.  There is always a person or persons who are brought in at the exact time, who always make a difference.

 

          "It is they who warm our hearts and make a life worth living again.  These people are sensitive to the needs of others and are always quick to point out that they are there in times of need and hardship or when you just need a friendly chat and support.

 

          "Our family members are on their own path to enlightenment and when it is their time they will be shown where they were strongly lacking in their role to support their own family.

 

          "Ignorance of others is painful and through their own enlightenment some day they will finally realise the harm they have done.

 

          "Instruction to them must come from a Higher Power.  It has to in order for it to truly resonate with their conscience.

 

          "Coming from us is not enough, so let the Almighty sort it all out for us.

 

          "We just need to heal and to become more at peace within our own minds, remembering that 'God' gives us precisely what we need and in the very best way that we need it always.
