Quality of Life and not Quantity

MUSTAFA'S

SPIRITUAL GUIDANCE

talks to us about

"QUALITY OF LIFE

AND NOT QUANTITY"

"It is interesting to see how our lives have turned around.  What was once a relatively peaceful existence is now a more upbeat and even at times an impossible life.

"We feel all of us to be striving at such a pace that it is almost impossible to keep up with ourselves.

"We pretend we are happy most of the time, when the true reality is that we are all worn out and in much need of comfort and mild relief.

"We often take it for granted that our health will stand up to the pace, almost as if we are invincible in one form or another, never ever thinking of the impossible strain we each put upon ourselves.

"We have failed to allow ourselves to have quality in our lives and always expect quantity.  Not until a breakdown of sorts appears do we then start to take stock of what is really important and then we finally realise we are human and not robotic and we are vulnerable to much stress and anxiety – most of which is self inflicted.

"Until we learn to say, "No" and begin to moderate our lives and our activity, will we ever be able to survive to any kind of true age?

"So many young people today are run ragged with exhaustion, juggling a dozen things in the air all at the same time until they become dizzy and disoriented.

"Bad temper and irritability is often witnessed by those close to them and it is rather taken as the norm these days.

"Until we begin to see that quality in our lives is our saving grace and natural fulfilment for our minds and bodies, we will continue to make slaves of ourselves with never ending process.

"Quality time for ourselves, for those in our family and for close friends, is what is required for the success of ourselves.

"Until we reshape our lives and put ourselves back on a better footing then we will continue to damage ourselves and those around us.

"The pace of life, the rat race, is for many a life they only know.  They are perhaps brought up in a household where everybody was running around all the time with little time to spend with their offspring.

"There are ways to turn our lives around, but only when we choose to see sense and make a conscience effort.

"I appreciate with the Credit Crunch and where jobs are at a premium and added pressure is put on the individual to perform, but at what cost to them personally?

"It is all about trust in the end.  Trust in a Higher Power to provide a solution to our problems.

"We never seem to ask.  We go along blindly day by day at crucifying speed just to get through another day until we are finally broken and of no use to neither man nor beast.

"Then when we are on exhaustion level, so great we can no longer function, does the solution to our problems become noticed.

"We actually begin to see a way out.  A positive change in direction is actually shown to us and, by taking this decision, quality of life is restored.  It is fear that keeps us prisoners on the treadmill of life.

"We never think that any kind of help is out there for us.  We seem to think we must shoulder the entire burden of our lives onto our own shoulders all the time.

"The Higher Power of 'God' is all around us.  We just need to recognise it and ask for help.  Help then presents itself.  Not necessarily in the way we want it, but always in a way that is best for us.

"We cannot always know what is best for us.  We only think we know, because our tiny minds only are able to see a short way ahead.  We are not aware of the bigger picture and so, when the help comes in, it is for our benefit with the long term view in place.

"It is only then with hindsight that can we see just how well it has suited us and how in fact we are so well provided for.

"So until we begin to realise that we can all have quality of life and not quantity, which only breaks us in the end.  We must ask and expect the better way to be shown to us, which of course it always is.

"Never doubt that the Higher Intelligence constantly looks after us and, out of much mayhem and sometimes disaster, the better way is shown.

"You only need to take up the directive and peace again is restored to your hearts and minds – God bless, Mustafa."

Are We Ready to Change Our Ways?

MUSTAFA'S

SPIRITUAL GUIDANCE

asks

"ARE WE READY

TO CHANGE OUR WAYS?"

"Are we ready to change our ways for the better or do we all still remain entrenched in the old life?

"As World events start to change we must start to see our own lives and begin also to make those necessary changes.

"We cannot expect politicians to make our lives better.  They do not know how to do it.  They only think they do.

"It must be for Mankind himself to want to change and to secure a future for oneself where happiness is there for all.

"We have to learn to help one another, to speak the truth of how we truly feel and then to make the necessary changes, which will not only affect our lives but others as well.

"All of us are linked together, a Universal Consciousness, whereby we must learn to work and act as one for the good of so many.

"It is no good thinking about the starving people in Africa and India and forget about our own starving people in this country.

"Because it does not affect us, we have no need to be reminded of it.

"Every once in a while possessions, wealth, are indeed lost and we often find ourselves in a deep panic.

"Despair on every level comes to us and we are consumed by the sheer dread of it all, sometimes paralysed by acute fear.

"But 'God' in 'His' infinite wisdom is always there and sustenance and help is always given.

"Man through 'God's instruction is summoned to give that helping hand.

"It is our job to notice people around us who always try their best and from time to time will need that helping hand.

"By giving that help when needed on 'God's instructions, so ultimately we too are rewarded and helped – so the cycle continues.

"What is required of us is to see that help is needed in so many ways.  All around us are the suffering and are in need in one way or another.

"Our contribution towards those souls in need can and does bring in lightening changes, swift and good and in turn they also will be able to help and give to others.

"Mankind must realise he/she is not alone.  We are all linked and interlinked and one good turn will then go on and another good turn along the line becomes possible.

"The chain in life's events only becomes broken down when humanity for ones fellow man is no longer there.

"Mankind has lost the will to give and do what is right and so society breaks down.

"Over time a disaster occurs and then that chain of despair of not wanting to help – can't be bothered scenario – changes and Mankind through 'God's instruction is united again and all who are able to help come to the fore.

"Their lives will be the richer for it and when they are in need of help it is always there to rescue them.

"Take time to think about our fellow man and to seek those out who are in genuine need and 'God' through you will work a miracle and another soul is saved as yours was also.

"God bless, Mustafa."

Respect

MUSTAFA'S

SPIRITUAL GUIDANCE

is about

"RESPECT"

"Respect is said to be earned and not given freely. My question to you, the general public, is why?

"When respect is given or shown to a person that is perhaps a down and out through no fault of their own, they cease to become a non person but a person once again.

"Their life changes for them in an instant.

"It simply means that by showing a person, no matter how bad they may be in our eyes, that we on some level recognise them as human beings and the same as ourselves.

"Their perception of where they are becomes different and so they begin to change also.

"Maybe they become less hostile, less abusive. They tend to view us with a different eye, not too sure whether we are at all genuine or not.

"By continuously showing respect, even in great times of difficulty, it is not always easy and we often think we are fighting a loosing battle, but by acting respectfully a common ground becomes possible and those awkward difficulties become easier.

"Yes, it can take a time, especially where there is much hostility, but it can and does make an enormous difference to an individual and to the masses.

"We all like to have respect, common courtesy, shown to us. In this day and age respect is hardly ever taught in schools or in the home.

"We, as a nation, have lost respect for each other. It is very much dog eat dog out there and who really cares anyway?

"Our society has crumbled over many years. Our values towards each other have also changed and so society in one way or another have now changed so dramatically.

"Old fashioned ways showed and demonstrated respect for one another.

"Churches still expect respect to be shown towards the public who wish to pray and participate in solemn worship.

"This still continues, but outside a place of worship people these days seem to ride roughshod over so many and our values.

"What we believe to be morally right has been constantly eroded away and we can hardly recognise ourselves as human beings.

"The Animal Kingdom has a greater respect for each other with their nurturing and caring.

"Without that care their species deteriorates, so it is very important that they try and support one another in whatever way they can.

"Until we start to bring back respect towards each other and for it to be taught from a very early age again how we should behave towards one another, we destroy the very fabric of our society and chaos will ensue.

"What we sow, so shall we reap. We have sown complacently and disrespect in so many different ways.

"It is as if the heart has gone out of the nation and we need to get it back on track again.

"As with all situations, it has to be demonstrated from the top and by example shown to the people. Those of us, who are in authority especially, must show this.

"Those programmes that we see every day on our screens expose us to the facts that it is perfectly alright to behave badly – nobody objects.

"It is only when a major blunder had been exposed that we then rally to the correct cause and say, "This is simply unacceptable."

"Everything in society has now taken the easy approach – the laissez faire aspect. Hardly any of us care anymore. This is where we are now.

"How bad do things have to get before we start the long turn back into decency with strong moral values, were pride returns to us as a people?

"The strength of a nation begins and ends with the pride of the people that they are proud of that country that they support one another willingly and a common purpose of respect and care is given once again to one another.

"Until that day occurs we continue to fall and that fall will be deep indeed until enough people start to really wake up and learn to respect themselves and in turn start to respect one another.

"Could that wake up call be now?

"God bless, Mustafa."

Little Things that Mean So Much

MUSTAFA'S

SPIRITUAL GUIDANCE

about

"LITTLE THINGS THAT

MEAN SO MUCH"

"It takes only a little thing to brighten another's day – a smile, a kind word, a letter of thanks or a card wishing one well to make a difference.

"It shows and speaks volumes that there are people in the World who actually care.

"Their little acts of kindness can and do have lasting effects. It makes that difference to so many that life is worth living and that there is someone out there who cares.

"In brightening up their day, however small, it always has a knock on effect.

"That person, because they feel better, will unknowingly speak or act kindly to another and so that in turn will also continue and so it is that the spiritual workings continue around the Globe.

"There is also the negative situation, where one speaks harshly to another without any justification and so does another harm.

"This also will trigger off a chain reaction, because that person is now inflicted with pain and will be abrupt to another and so again the pattern of dismay continues until the cycle becomes broken again by a loving gesture and from dismay a happier situation comes about.

"None of us truly realise the vast consequences of our actions. Do we give out love in whatever capacity or do we give out harm?

"So it is at some time worth reflecting on how far reaching our actions sometimes are – that smile, that friendly "Good day" can continue from person to person and from family to family.

"No one actually knows except 'God' of course, who sees all things and knows of all those consequences and always at the right time, can bring about a change of events to brighten up another's day, to return hope to a life where there is none, so that person begins to have the will to live again.

"It all starts off with a smile, a friendly word and that love vibration starts to take up a life of its own. The momentum begins to grow and can give a lifeline to someone who is in great need.

"You, yourself, can never know how far reaching your little act of kindness can and does grow.

You can never know the potential lifeline you have started/created that can help so many – only 'God' in heaven can see that.

"So, because you have given out that loving gesture quite naturally, so when you are in need, that time when you also will hurt or be low in mind and body, so you too will be given that vital lifeline because by Spiritual Law you are deserving of it.

"So please do remember, your little acts of kindness, your cheery encouraging words grow continuously to vast proportions and from that gesture you personally have brightened up millions of people's lives all around the World.

"Please continue. It starts but small and does help so many. You really have no idea.

"Bless you all, for this love is a very powerful thing and is so well received always.

"God bless, Mustafa."
