It's Never Too Late to Change

MUSTAFA'S

SPIRITUAL GUIDANCE

is

"IT'S NEVER TOO

LATE TO CHANGE"

"For the vast amount of us, we go through life in what seems a struggle to just get through the day.

"We are bogged down with so many incidents that we lose sight of what is really important in our lives and that primarily is our happiness.

"We rush around doing this, that and the other never thinking that we can't get everything done in the time scale unless we run ourselves ragged.

"So do what is really important and just leave the rest for another day.  We simply cannot do it all, all the time.

"Our lives are very precious and we must learn to respect ourselves more.  Being kind and gentle to ourselves is vitally important to maintain that essential balance.

"Everybody wants a part of us and we allow ourselves to be pulled in so many directions at once.  So for us to change needs careful planning on our parts.

"To guard our vital strength and equilibrium we must look to our own needs first and to find a way where we give ourselves valuable rest time to renew our energies and our peace of mind.

"In today's world where everything is at such a fast pace, our quality of life tends to get lost.

"To make time for each other, to speak, communicate our thoughts and aspirations, to notice one another is vital for relationships to grow and mature.

"To address our needs and to those whom we love takes dedication and much love.  It is vital to our own personal growth to never lose sight of what is important in our lives.

"No one should ever feel alone and not be able to express their views. This seldom happens these days as the time seems never to be there or is never right.

"By building up confidence in ourselves we are able to speak our minds far more easily and so are able to express our needs in a safe environment.

"Should our views fall on deaf ears or when there is no longer interaction amongst those we thought were our family, then that is when real pain and frustration arises.

"We then must find another situation where we are accepted for who we are, where we feel safe to be ourselves.

"No longer should we be content to put up with hostile or ignorant constraints.  We must then move on for our own sakes.

"We must change our situations so that we might learn to grow and to no longer be subjected to the ignorance of others.

"All of us are entitled to a support system as no man is an island and so we must look to see where that support system is available to us.

"'God' knows of our needs and it is 'His' job to help us on our road.  To shine a light in the darkness of despair and to bring forth to us that help that we are in need of.

"It is our job to learn to accept and to recognise that help that is 'God' given, which comes in from nowhere and is always given freely and with love.

"Our lives then change for the better and for us to recognise and to appreciate, 'God' gives us what we truly need and we in turn must acknowledge that help by whatever means that it comes to us.

"That it is for our benefit and change for the better is always achieved.  It is never too late.

          "Mustafa."

Peace of Mind

MUSTAFA'S

SPIRITUAL GUIDANCE

is

"PEACE of MIND"

"Peace of mind is a wonderful thing.

"It is seldom achieved but always strived for, the soul and the mind becoming in harmony as one, where both know their place and can finally accept what is possible and what is no longer required.

"By always striving for this and that and then the other, we put a great burden on ourselves and when circumstances appear to go against us, which they often do, then we become very frightened and distraught.

"We must strive to allow 'God' into our hearts and into our minds so that it becomes 'His' will as to how our lives transpire.

"By allowing the events of our lives to flow over us and not to fight them all the time, will see us, like the mighty Oak, bend in the storm and not break.

"Everyone has ups and downs in ones life – that is inevitable with regards to our learning experience.

"To know that we will survive these ups and downs is where faith and knowledge of 'God' comes in.

"Everyone must bear the pain of life and so can enjoy the many pleasures that also come to us.

"To know and appreciate all that we have, are in fact given on a daily basis and to share with others who have not enough.

"So we learn to build our inner strengths and appreciate life far more, always in the understanding that help comes in in mysterious ways and allows us to continue on our designated path again.

"When we are asked to give something up in our lives, or when something is taken away, it is because it has already served its purpose and is no longer required.

"It then allows for new events and possibilities to come in and so we can further grow.

"It is through hardships, that everyone must go through, that tests us to the limit.

"At times we all think, "Can I survive this?  Will I break or like the mighty Oak bend but not break?"

"It is through these hardships we appreciate more of what life is about.

"We start to see life in a different way and when it turns, which it always does, so then we can appreciate how we have all come through it and survived to tell the tale.

"Faith is a funny thing.  When all is going right for us we think nothing of it.  It is only when times are hard, are we then tested.

"Our 'God' is then called upon to help and assist us through these countless ordeals and then to be discarded again once all becomes normal or at a pace we can manage.

"What is required of us on a daily basis is to become strong with 'God' – to learn to speak freely with 'Him' and to learn to meditate so that the right sort of information is always given and for us to learn to know in our hearts and minds, that what is actually given comes from the Higher Power and not from our puny intellect.

"This of course, like everything worthwhile achieving, takes practice and eventually you will come to understand and accept the wisdom that is imparted into your mind and soul.

"Too many of us rush through life taking no notice of each other, never mind having the time and the dedication to speak to 'God'.

"We rush around like bulls in the china shop, busy, busy.  "I must get this, that and the other done today."

"We wreck our bodies and our minds putting everything at risk, especially our health and peace of mind.

"Few these days have that peace of mind.

"It comes to us when we give ourselves that valuable time to be quiet, when we can reflect on the beauty and richness of nature.  To see the wonder of how our bodies work with all its complexities to allow us each day to function.

"This we often take for granted, the miracle of life, of sanity and to learn not to expose ourselves to too much hardship, but to go to our quiet place to reflect on all that we have, on all that has been given to us in one way or another and to be grateful and with that gratitude over time, so peace to our minds is restored.

"To know like the sparrow, who neither reaps nor it sows yet is always provided for and so it is with our lives.

"We are provided for in more ways than we realise and so we must come to appreciate all that 'God' gives us and so restore peace of mind to us at last – Mustafa."

No One Seems to Help Each Other Any More

MUSTAFA'S

SPIRITUAL GUIDANCE

is

"NO ONE SEEMS

TO HELP EACH OTHER

ANY MORE"

"The World seems an impossible place at the moment.  All is mistrust and mayhem.  Nobody knows what is going on and nobody knows how to behave or what is expected of them throughout these worldly conditions.

"All is like driftwood, drifting in a sea of uncertainty, only ever having to do something if their little world is touched or harmed in any way.

"No one wants to actually stick their necks out and complain should they be given a task to do something they may later regret.

"The World is full of these people huddled up with their own surmounting woes, expecting and hoping someone else will take on board the task of responsible action as long as it is never them.

"When it is out time to depart this World, we will be asked, "What difference did you do while on the Earth?"  Most will say, "Nothing."

"To expect a person just to go through the motions of life, i.e. go to school, get an education, start work, get married, have children if they are blessed to have them, bring them up, enter into middle age and old age and then simply die, is not good enough.

"It is pioneers of this World, who through their diligence and ingenuity have made a difference to every man, woman and child on this Earth.

"These brave men and women, who have searched this globe for solutions to problems, have risked their lives so that we may live in peace and in safety.

"Our medicines to keep us healthy have been found out by trial and error, so that these potions from plant and natural life can and do have health sustaining properties.

"Our animals and our crops are vital for our existence and an evolvement over time has seen the farming of these to make a vast difference to our lives.

"Everything we have nowadays in our lives we take for granted.

"Electricity and power through gas, coal, wind and solar had to be found out by a selective few who risked their lives so that we can enjoy everything we take for granted.

"Yet through all this wonderful technology and many things to hand, we have lost ourselves.  Our caring as a community is being lost.  No one seems to help each other any more.

"We tend to go through life daydreaming, half asleep, only to be woken up when a catastrophe occurs of which we are so ill prepared.

"The army are a community where, because of constant danger, they must rely on each other extensively so that a form of protection and kindliness is given to all.

"They must protect each other and in turn are protected by another – the so called family, the comrades in arms.  All tend to know each other and their bravery and unselfishness in times of need are always there.

"They can be relied upon so that the unit remains strong in times of great hardship.  You might think this should only happen where situations as in a battle zone dictates.  I say, "No."

"This should be the case in every day life where man, woman and child, as neighbour all continually look out for the welfare of their own community where love and not selfishness is the order of the day.

"Where no one takes another for granted, where all their needs are met, not by an individual, but by an entire community so that the burdens of responsibility are shared and ongoing.

"None of us at any time day or night know when we might need help.  How many of us are prepared to step out of our comfort zone to help another.  This takes courage.  It takes time and effort.

"Most of us do nothing, are prepared to do nothing.  They expect that responsibility will lie with somebody else.  Again I say, "No!"

"Collectively we as a nation, we as a vital part of this World must act as a whole, a community, a vital unit to bring about lasting changes so that all feel safe and protected, so that all can benefit from food and shelter and fresh drinking water.  All of us have a vital role in helping one another.

"It must be our roles collectively to bring about a new structure to this World, where man helps man en masse and does not leave it to the few who sit up in their ivory towers making decisions for us whether they be good or bad.

"Collectively we are a mighty force and collectively we can bring help and peace to so many, but it must be something that must change in our hearts to do this.

"We must become pioneers in our own way to want to help another.  Should in time we ever need help ourselves we would find that help and support is always there.

"For it is these men and women who put away their own needs for a time to give to others and so the unit, the community, remains strong and ongoing, each in turn doing their part, taking on that role.

"This way continuity of effort remains and a strong viable help programme is maintained and everybody within that programme feels safe and is provided for and so it increases, because all of us at times need help for whatever reason on a day to day basis.

"Without those individuals who make up the whole, everybody is left dangling, alone and afraid and where our societies are lost and fragmented as so many are today.

"The disinterest in people and only interest in the self has collectively brought down whole, entire communities and that is why there is so much fear, so much unrest about.

"We have only ourselves to blame and no one else.  Until we learn to stick our necks out and not leave it to a few random others, no community is ever safe.

"No community can properly function and in time our society, as we know it, is completely lost to us.  This is already happening with the breakdown in law and order.

"It is time we all started to take an active role and to engage with our neighbours and people within our community to start to build up a support system where all benefit, where all people feel safe, because everybody is constantly looking out for each other as a matter of course and not as an ad hoc thing.

"With the useful collective help and participation as a right to everybody, then comradeship and a safe environment are achieved, where the community becomes strong.

"Everybody will know their role within it as a rightful duty to assist and help as an ongoing thing and, like the army, the family in times of danger and times of inactive duty, are always there for each other.

"Everybody knows they are part of that whole and that their responsibility as others within that group/community never shirks.  It is always there, constant and reassuring.

"From this, world changes for the better increase and everybody in time feels a part of this procedure and will feel much safer and never threatened, because the system is one of constant support, caring and always love – Mustafa."

The Time is Now for Change

MUSTAFA'S

SPIRITUAL GUIDANCE

is

"THE TIME IS NOW

 FOR CHANGE"

"When you feel all alone and that everything is against you including the World, know that love surrounds you and that cocoon of being numbed and forgotten is an earthly anxiety.

"No matter how hard life feels to you at that moment, it will all pass and another day will occur where true uplift to the spirit can be enjoyed once again.

"Everybody on 'God's' Earth goes through these experiences of deep despair.  One feels almost paralysed by the experience not knowing what to do and how long it will last.

"The despair is a form of changing energies/vibrations around us that leaves us in a form of bereavement, as if a part of us has died.

"We are unable to do anything about it, knowing that it is only a transition that we go through and it will only last a short time.

"This transition is not to be feared, but to be welcomed in an odd sort of way.

"No one wants to feel gripped in this way as if nothing is going on in our lives.  We are in this fog of despair and cannot see outside or even through it.

"Know it is actually a comfort, because by its very nature of uncertainty and despair, we are in fact held in a sort of limbo state – half awake, half dead.

"This will eventually go and the transition that comes from this fog of uncertainty is always bright and beautiful and everlasting.

"'God' manifests changes within our lives during this time period and we are held in this state for our own good to prevent us from interfering in what 'God' is doing for us behind the scenes of our life.

"We are in fact travelling through this period at quite a remarkable rate as if going through the sound barrier, but still remaining stationary.

"All appears weird and unsettled – even frightening at times.

"We are held/suspended in this motion, so that full protection to us is afforded and so we do not interfere with this vital process that is always for our good and for our lasting progression.

"'God's' love always protects us.  Always sorts matters out for our good, so that our lives can restart again on a different path, a much better path of which our future and our future life interests lie.

"We cannot see it at the moment.  We are in fact prevented from seeing it.

"The despair holds us firm in a state of anxiety and unproductiveness until the awaited time for us is ready and that different path is then opened up before us, fresh and interesting.

"We are able to see again, that numbness of death and anxiety completely leaves us and we are all able to go forwards again on our true path, where before we were not.

"All these changes that happen around us are in fact for our own good and must be gone through so that we ourselves can witness and see the vast differences to our lives.

"What once was is no more as we move forwards and gather strength, so we can visibly see those changes, but we know they are instinctively right for us.

"The despair, the feeling of being alone, the abandonment of purpose in our lives, begins to lift and the veil of despair is no longer there.

"It has served its purpose, that transition has now expired and the lifting off to your individual lives occurs.

"You are finally free of those shackles of despair and aloneness.  You are free to breathe and sense again.

"It is a new beginning, a new chapter in your life that will make a difference to you as 'God' wishes it out of much love for you.

"What is required here, while going through this transition of almost living death, is to trust in 'God' to carry you through.

"To know it is only transitory and your lives to change as new life is born – a better way to live and serve.

"All has now changed for you.  Nothing appears the same anymore and that is just how it must be as nothing is the same anymore.

"You have finally evolved from that facet of your life – come out of an enforced hibernation – to see your new life emerge once again.

"Yes, you will feel a little uncertain, only because it will feel strange to you,  but there will be a source of generous upliftment and a knowing you have emerged out of that wilderness of despair to a more convivial and productive life once more.

"So do not fight this feeling of being in the fog of despair and of feeling abandoned, but know that the Higher Powers around you are changing your lives for the better.

"You will release finally that mantle that has weighed so heavy on your soul and adopt another mantle, which is far lighter and much more able to carry you forwards into the love and the light of your life.

"'I' can assure you the transition, although feeling weird and unwanted is in fact very good for you.

"It allows you enforced rest and it captures you in a way nothing else can, so when you emerge from this you can emerge brighter and much more positive and much more assured.

"All now has exactly changed for you and you will notice vast differences in your circumstances and peace totally will be restored once again.

"Know that 'God' loves you and is instigator in all that you do for your own good.  Feel that love envelop you, making you feel more buoyant and assured.

"The time is now for change.  Learn to appreciate this process.

"It is not your enemy, but is done out of love to protect us until the change has finally been sorted out for us and we can then all walk freely into the Light and to recognise 'God's' love for us.

"We all survive and are better for it - Mustafa."
